I provide a gentle, safe environment for you as I use these different tools to integrate the flow of energy to revitalize and put into motion your intentions or goals.
I offer 30, 60, & 90 minute sessions. All sessions start with a discussion with you on what is needed in the moment for your body, mind and soul. So each session will be a little different.
I also offer Awaken Journey Sessions, they are 4 sessions in a month 1 1/2- 2 hours long.
Also offering one on one calls during the month for any questions.
